Cassie compton on tik tok9/16/2023 ![]() On 10/4/14, authorities initiated the first public search of the local airport and neighboring cities of Casscoe and Almyra after “phone pings from someone in the case were detected in the Casscoe area”. On 10/3/14, authorities seized Judy and Brandon’s phones. From my research, it appears they initially considered her to be a runaway and not in immediate danger. Stuttgart PD stated Cassie didn’t “qualify for a Morgan-Nick amber alert”. Compton stated her daughter has been diagnosed with a metal disorder possibly bipolar”. ![]() Subject was last seen wearing a blue tank top and teal plaid shorts. Cassie Compton is 15 years old with blonde hair and blue eyes approx. 15th St between 6:45 and 7pm on 9/14/14 and has not returned. She stated that her daughter left her house located at 211 E. At the bottom of page 2, the report states: The date and time of the report is 9/15/14 at 9:52 am. I’ve attached the incident report below that lists Judy as the complainant. Judy and Tracey Hunter each have claimed they notified the PD on 9/15/14. There isn’t confirmation of this that I’ve found. After no luck with contacting Cassie’s friends, Judy claims she notified Stuttgart PD.īrandon has claimed that he notified Stuttgart PD on 9/14/14 in person by riding his bike to their office. Her calls went straight to Cassie’s voicemail. She immediately began texting and calling Cassie, but didn’t receive a response. Judy realized Cassie wasn’t in her bedroom the following day (Sept 15th). She also carried an epipen for allergies, but it appears she did not bring it on her walk on the 14th. She would flush her medications in the toilet. Cassie did not like taking antidepressants. I could not locate a source confirming she was bi-polar. Judy has also stated Cassie was recently diagnosed with a mental disorder, and believed she was bi-polar. Per her Charley Project page, Cassie was taking medication for a severe cold. Tracey also states Brandon tried to call her 2 more times that night, but the times of these calls are not known.Ĭassie’s health at the time of her disappearance That evening at approximately 9:14pm, Hunter’s mother, Tracey Snyder, received a call from Brandon asking if Cassie was still with them, or if they knew where she was. She would take her cell phone when doing so. He had a bike, but “insiders would claim sometimes he would take Judy’s car, especially when she was asleep”. Brandon did not have a driver’s license or own a car when Cassie disappeared. Tina has also told the host of the “Timeline” podcast that Judy recalled that Brandon “was gone in Judy’s car for hours” and went straight to the bathroom when he returned home for 1-2 hours because he was sick. Per Tina, Brandon told Judy this around the same time of Cassie’s text to Hunter. I am unsure if Judy provided this information to Stuttgart PD as well. She also provided additional information about his whereabouts to private investigator, Tina Storz - she stated Brandon told her he was going to get cigarettes. He brought dinner to Judy in bed, but she was too sick to eat. From what I could find, Judy was able to recall what Brandon did that evening as follows: he prepared dinner for Judy around the time Cassie returned from the derby. She is never seen again after sending this text. Per Judy, she nor Brandon weren’t in the room that Cassie left (I’m assuming this is the living room or another communal area). Between 7-7:15 pm, Cassie texted “I’m going to get a smoke” to Hunter. It is possible that she had a short conversation with her mother. ![]() Dewitt is approximately 26 miles (32 minutes) from Stuttgart. Surgical intervention may be needed in some instances. Computed tomography imaging must be obtained in all instances of questionable orbital fracture. A dilated fundus examination is necessary for assessing concerning posterior complications. Entrance testing such as visual acuity measurement, pupil assessment, and extraocular muscle motility evaluation provide useful information regarding suspected severity of an orbital fracture. The goal of treatment is to maintain or restore the best possible physiologic function and aesthetic appearance to the area of injury. In addition to discussing the details regarding this patient’s case, this report highlights fracture types, pertinent imaging, determination of muscle entrapment, and other underlying complications.Ĭonclusion: Careful evaluation is critical in proper management of potential orbital fracture cases. Floor fractures may occur in combination with zygomatic arch fractures, Le Fort type II or III midface fractures, or fractures of other orbital bones. Neuralgia in the distribution of the infraorbital nerve may worsen after surgery. An emergent head computed tomography scan must be performed to evaluate and determine management.Ĭase Report: This case features a 66-year-old Caucasian male with an orbital blowout fracture following a fall. Successful repair of orbital blowout fractures may be complicated by persistent problems. Surgical intervention may be warranted in certain cases. Concerning complications, such as retinal detachment, need to be ruled out at the time of presentation. Common associations with an orbital fracture would include periorbital ecchymosis, subconjunctival hemorrhage, eyelid edema, and crepitus, among others. Rarely fragments from an orbital floor fracture buckle up into the orbit, an injury referred to as a "blow-in" fracture. Background: Head trauma can lead to multiple ocular complications, among the most concerning is an orbital blowout fracture. Oculocardiac reflex may result from entrapment of muscle. Surgery is rarely needed for medial wall fractures. Orbital emphysema is a benign, self-limited condition, but may be aggravated by nose blowing, sneezing or Valsalva maneuver. The treatment of pure orbital blow-out fractures is often conservative but orbital floor repair may be necessary if there are complications such as inferior rectus muscle compromise. In the supine position, fluid and debris in the maxillary antrum can layer against the orbital floor and obscure soft tissue herniating through the fracture. For those patients in whom direct coronal scans are not possible (for example due to other injuries or if the patent is unable to co-operate), axial CT scans with coronal reconstructions are an alternative method of imaging, particularly with the use of multidetector CT. Direct coronal CT scans (with the patient prone) are best for demonstrating blow-out fractures. A CT scan is indicated if there is diplopia or restriction of eye movements, and to assess the extent of the injury. Mild or transient diplopia can occur simply due to the periorbital oedema or haemorrhage. If the inferior rectus muscle or its sheath herniates through the fracture and becomes trapped, it may be compromised resulting in diplopia on looking down or straight ahead. The fracture fragments are rarely demonstrated on plain films. An air-fluid level may be seen in the maxillary sinus. Other signs of a blow-out fracture are air within the orbit (which has entered from the maxillary or ethmoid sinuses), an indistinct orbital floor on occipitomental views and opacification of the sinuses due to blood within them. This appearance has been likened to an opaque tear drop hanging from the roof of the antrum and may be the only radiographic evidence of a blow-out fracture. On occipitomental (facial) x-rays this is seen as a convex mass projecting into the roof of the right maxillary sinus. Orbital contents may then herniate downwards through the orbital floor fracture into the maxillary sinus. The orbital rim remains intact in pure blow-out fractures. These are the thin plates of bone that form the orbital floor (roof of the maxillary antrum) and the medial wall of the orbit (lateral wall of the ethmoid sinuses). There is an acute increase in intraorbital pressure which is relieved by fracture through the weakest parts of the orbit. A blow-out fracture of the orbit results from a direct compressive force to the eye, e.g. ![]() Google cloud printer registration9/16/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() In the Google window, click Finish printer registration. Thin soles will naturally lead to a lighter sandal. ![]() Many believe a raised heel can cause strain on our body from the unnatural position and make injury more likely. This raised heel alters the way we walk and stand compared to when we’re barefoot. You may not think of most of your sandals as having raised heel, but many add at least a few millimeters in thickness between the front and the back (like the Tevas I mentioned above, it was about a 13mm difference). This means no raised heel bed or added padding around the arch. Zero-drop sandals are the same thickness from front to back. I’ve hiked on rocky trails with 5 mm sandals and while I could feel the rocks, it didn’t hurt. ![]() Personally, I think around 10 mm provides optimum comfort without sacrificing weight or flexibility, and 5 mm is the sweet spot for providing enough cushion and durability while still giving you a good ground-feel. This extra padding means you’re compromising on flexibility and and adding unnecessary weight. To put that in context, Tevas are around 22mm at the front and 35 mm on the heel. I’d aim for anything 12mm or less for a minimalist sandal. The biggest differentiator between barefoot and minimalist sandals and traditional adventure sandals is the sole, and specifically how heavy and thick it is. When your objects have dozens of fields and hundreds of possible configurations, cloning them might serve as an alternative to subclassing. You can even copy private fields because most programming languages let objects access private fields of other objects that belong to the same class.Īn object that supports cloning is called a prototype. This can be provided in primary care or in local centres or in hospitals depending on the interest, motivation and resources of primary care teams. Primary care teams should ensure that their patients have adequate access to high quality spirometry. Furthermore there is no evidence that spirometry provides more information than PEF in the day-to-day management of a patient already diagnosed with COPD using forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity (FEV 1/FVC). In a primary care setting spirometry is too time consuming and complex to be provided in the context of normal acute consulting. As a result of infection or in response to treatment there may be changes in airway calibre in COPD which could be captured in the consultation by PEF. This seems short-sighted since PEF is a reliable and reproducible test and could contribute to the management of COPD in the short term and in support of spirometry. Peak expiratory flow (PEF) has been dismissed by national and international guidelines as an inappropriate test for the assessment of the impact of COPD, but with poor evidence in support of this position. ![]() However, it is useful to have an objective measure of lung function in the assessment of acute exacerbations of COPDand in the assessment of treatments. In patients with COPD the decline in lung function is usually so slow that spirometry is unlikely to provide significantly new information more than every 1–2 years. Children need to have their personal best measurement checked about every 6 months to account for growth.Spirometry is essential for the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). If the personal best measurement improves a lot, the amount of medicine may be reduced. If it decreases, medicines may need to be changed or increased to prevent asthma from becoming worse. This can be used to measure the client’s ability to push air out of their lungs and, thus, measure the amount of obstruction in the airways of clients with certain respiratory conditions, like asthma. The personal best measurement needs to be evaluated now and then to see if it has changed. Peak expiratory flow rate, or PEFR for short, is the fastest and the hardest someone can exhale after a full inspiration. The written action plan lists what steps to take for each zone. The yellow zone is 50% to 79% of the personal best reading. Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) the maximum speed at which you can exhale air from your lungs, after inhaling a big breath. ![]() For example, the green zone is 80% or more of the personal best reading. The highest peak flow reading-a person's personal best-is the number the doctor uses to set up the zones in an asthma action plan. Peak flow rates are compared with charts that list normal values for sex, race, and height. A decrease in the peak flow can show that the bronchial tubes have narrowed even before asthma symptoms start. Peak flow drops when the tubes that carry air to the lungs (bronchial tubes) narrow. Peak flow is used in the monitoring and treatment of asthma to find out how well your or your child's lungs are working. Your personal best is the highest reading you have over this period of time. During these weeks, peak flows should be recorded at least 2 times a day. You can find your or your child's personal best by taking peak flow readings over 2 to 3 weeks when the asthma is under control-when you or your child feels good and has no symptoms.
